Sample Requests

Although we do our best to represent the colour and texture of our fabrics as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary significantly. Because most of our products are custom made, we cannot accept any responsibility for products which do not match exactly. If an exact colour match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order as we can only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.

Ordering

Whilst the colour and design representation on this website offer a close comparison to the finished goods, it is the responsibility of the customer to be certain that the design, colour and specification on your order form is as required.

Please note that in the unlikely event of any pricing error on our website, this will not bind the company to supply the goods at an incorrect price. Similarly, the customer will not be held to their order, should they be informed that the price is higher than that they were originally advised.

Payment Options

All orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Maestro are accepted online. Your credit card details pass through a 100% safe and secure system operated by PROTX and will not allow access to the card details at any stage of the transaction.

Cheques, postal orders etc must be sent to us before your order is started. All orders paid by cheque will require a holding period of 7-10 days for your cheque to clear before the order will be put into production.

After registration, we will not to pass your name to any 3rd party. We will only use this information to inform you about promotions, special offers and new products. Please contact us if you wish to remove your name from our Database.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of it being placed. All cancellations and changes effected during this 24 hour period will be subject to an administration charge of 5%. In the event that you cancel your order during this 24 hour period, Emblazon will refund your money minus this administration charge. Under no circumstance will Emblazon either refund money or issue any credits for a credit card if the cancellation is after this time. Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale by us, therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order. We send your order details to our manufacturer and automatically charge your credit card for the total sale price, immediately after you complete your online order. Unless there is a delay in placing your order because we need additional information from you, an order received from you will begin production within 24 hours.

On rare occasion there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary manufacture overload, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted that day. Emblazon reserves the right to reject any order, at our discretion.

Discontinued and/or Back Ordered Items

Emblazon has no control over materials that are discontinued or placed on back order by the various manufacturers. Emblazon will make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them and will notify you whenever we receive notice of any back orders.

VAT

VAT is included in all quoted prices, at the current rate of 17.5%

Inspection of Merchandise

IMPORTANT: Inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it and notify Emblazon immediately of any damages in shipment. You have 24 hours to notify us of any damage to the shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them, you have 3 days to do this. If you notify Emblazon that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 24hrs/3 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, Emblazon will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.

If you do not notify Emblazon that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 24 hour period, Emblazon will not repair or replace the damaged merchandise. If goods have not been made exactly as they were ordered, then we will replace the goods at no cost to you.

Always try keep the packaging until you are satsified with all goods and for further information, please check our returns policy.

Guarantee

Whilst being very confident of the quality of the products we sell, very occasionally a product will not be up to the standard we expect. In these situations please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Please note that any guarantees are invalidated on any goods, which have been altered in any way since purchase.

The Luxaflex 5 year Blind guarantee extends your warranty beyond the normal 12 months in the following circumstances: Luxaflex guarantees that all Luxaflex window covering products are free from material and assembly defects, provided that such products were properly installed in a domestic situation. The obligation of Luxaflex is limited to repair or replacement of the defective materials or components. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.

To obtain the guarantee service, please contact us. We will request Luxaflex to promptly repair or replace any effective parts or components. Guarantee claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as details regarding the nature of the problem.

Conditions
This guarantee is invalid if the damage or failure was caused by:

· Accident

· Alteration

· Exposure to elements

· Misuse / abuse

· Motorised devices

· Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning and maintenance instructions.

· Blinds not fitted in a domestic situation

· Normal wear and tear

Wood Venetian Blinds and other Wood Products

Cover excludes:

· Natural variations in grain, colour and texture

· Warpage through exposure to high humidity e.g. kitchens / bathrooms

The guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Luxaflex be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.

The guarantee does not affect the consumers statutory rights under applicable national laws in force, nor the consumers rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
