Delivery and returns policy  

Unless otherwise stated, our delivery service is free of charge for all orders within the UK mainland only. Customers requiring delivery to other areas must contact us for delivery costs.


Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday by a courier company and will have to be signed for. If you are happy for your order to be delivered without signing, we will need your written authorisation. Emblazon will not accept any claims or take liability for non delivery or damaged or missing goods if the delivery has not been signed for.

Furniture

Most furniture orders will be manufactured and delivered within 6-8 weeks. Once we receive your order we will request from the manufacturer the week in which the furniture will be ready. We will then include this in your order confirmation. Nearer the week quoted, we will confirm an exact date for delivery.

Curtains and Roman Blinds

These will normally take 4-6 weeks to manufacture. Once we receive your order we will request the week in which they will be ready. We will then include this in your order confirmation. Nearer the week quoted, we will confirm an exact date for delivery. If you have asked us to fit your curtains we will call you with a fitting date instead of a delivery date.

Lighting

Most of our lighting is by European manufacturers and is delivered direct to you within 4 weeks. We will send an order confirmation with an expected delivery date.

Wallpaper and accessories,

These items are normally delivered to you within 2-3 days.

Curtain poles and tracks

Dependent on which manufacturer, these can take from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks. We will confirm a delivery date to you in your order confirmation.


Returns Policy

We are proud of our commitment to quality and find that returns are infrequent. However, if you do have to return an item to us, please read our policy on the return of goods.

Made to measure curtains & blinds


Because these goods are bespoke, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are found to be faulty. In this instance we will refund you or replace the goods as quickly as possible.  Any queries must be highlighted to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you always order a sample of the fabric/finish you have chosen for your curtains or blinds. We cannot accept any responsibility for colour matching if a sample has not been ordered. If the colour of the fabric has to be exact, you need to order a batch cutting. This means that the fabric that is cut for your order will be from the same batch as your sample, therefore eliminating any slight shade differences that can happen between different batches.

Curtain poles and tracks

As long as these have not been cut to size for you, we can refund/replace these if faulty. If the goods are unsuitable but not faulty, we reserve the right to keep back any carriage charges we may incur in returning the goods to the manufacturer, plus any re-stocking fees they may charge.  We would advise you of this at the time.

Wallpaper

We cannot accept returns on wallpaper, please ensure that you do not order more than you will need. Please call us with your measurements if you are unsure.

Furniture

Any item of furniture that has been made to order cannot be returned unless found to be faulty. If this is the case, we will collect the item and either refund you , or replace the goods as quickly as possible. If the goods are unsuitable but not faulty, we reserve the right to keep back any carriage charges we may incur in returning the goods to the manufacturer, plus any re-stocking fees they may charge.  We would advise you of this at the time. Accessories

As long as these are in their original packaging and undamaged, you can return accessories to us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
