Interior Design Service
A design fee is payable upon engagement.
As a rule, payment of construction costs are as follows:
50% on deposit on final approval of drawings and quotes
25% 4 weeks after commencement of the works
15% on completion
The remaining 10% is due following a 4 week snagging period.
Due to the nature of some interior design projects, it maybe necessary to alter payment schedules, however should this be the case it will be discussed and agreed in writing beforehand.
All orders for purchases – furniture, furnishings etc will need your signed approval.
The payment schedule for space planning and our colour consultation service will be discussed in more detail at your initial consultation, and will depend on the scale of your project.
